LANDLORD AGREEMENT

Dated this First day of January ,1985

BETWEEN

Rodney Jerome Page

Herein called the "LANDLORD"

AND

Stewart Owen

Herein called the "Tentant"

AGREEMENT:

The Landlord agrees to rent to the tentant, and the tentant agrees to rent from the LandLord

accommodations in the Home estate known municipally as,

The Kennedy Arms , in the city of

of 1870 Kennedy Boulevard, in the municpality of Jersey City, in the state of

New Jersey

USE OF ACCOMMODATION:

The Tenant agrees to use the rented accommodation as a residential dwelling and

for no other purpose, and to abide by the covenants, rules, regulations set by the

LANDLORD.

TERM OF RENTAL:

TERM OF RENTAL

The Tenant will use the rented accomodations for the term beginning the 1st Day of January

1985 until a future day determined by the Rodney Jerome Page Herein addressed as

"LANDLORD"

PAYMENT OF RENT

The Tenant agrees to pay the LANDLORD on a weekly/monthly basic of Twenty Thousand

Dollars (US Currency) per month.
